Point Abino Lighthouse - Phoenix Restoration

Built in 1918, Point Abino Lighthouse has since been designated as a ‘Classified’ Heritage Building, a National Historic Site, and as a Classified Federal Building by the Federal Heritage Buildings Review Office. To restore the lighthouse to its former glory, Phoenix Restoration removed all exterior concrete surfaces, then repaired delaminated and damaged concrete; replicating the original style. Multi-trade scaffolding was implemented at all levels of the lighthouse, and a high performance coating was applied to all surfaces. Roofing replacement and a new drainage system was also installed.
