Our team dismantled and replaced 2500lbs blocks of limestone at the parapet of this 1950’s Queens Park Government Building. Phoenix rebuilt the brick and stone backup wall, as well as supplied and installed new stainless steel shelf angles. Jahn stone repairs took place, as well as Cintect Anchor stabilization and façade stone cleaning. Epoxy and stainless steel rod repairs were performed and structural reinforcements were made to the basement of the building.
